YourFriend Technology is part of Yongfeng Group, a high-tech enterprise founded in 2001 specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of advanced protective materials and integrated packaging solutions.
With more than 20 years of development, the company has grown from its headquarters in China into a global organization with production bases across Asia and North America, including Mexico and the United States. In 2024, the Mexico production facility officially began operations, strengthening the company’s presence in the North American market.
Driven by strong R&D capabilities and continuous innovation, YourFriend Technology develops a wide range of products, including foam-based materials (XPO), EPS/EPP/EPE packaging solutions, lightweight automotive parts, and eco-friendly packaging materials such as paper-plastic and biodegradable products. These solutions are widely applied in industries such as automotive, home appliances, optoelectronics, FMCG, and e-commerce.
GLOBAL EXPANSION
The company has established multiple production bases in China, including Hefei and the Sichuan–Chongqing region, while continuing its international expansion.
In 2024, the Mexico facility officially began operations, followed by the establishment of the U.S. subsidiary, strengthening the company’s global presence and market reach.

FACILITIES
Mexico Manufacturing facility
Our Tijuana facility is the first production base of YourFriend Group in North America, strategically located at the U.S.–Mexico border.
The plant is equipped with advanced EPS production lines, including fully automated forming systems designed for high-efficiency manufacturing.
We provide protective packaging solutions for leading global companies such as BOE, TCL, and Skyworth, supporting products like TV panels and electronic displays.
With a facility area of 12,000 m² and a workforce of over 260 employees, the plant plays a key role in our international supply chain operations.
Planning for the Second Phase Factory in Mexico
The second phase of the Mexico facility is focused on expanding local manufacturing capabilities through diversified production lines, intelligent automation, and sustainable production technologies.
Planned developments include EPS and REPS material production, stretch film, blow molding, and packaging strap manufacturing, supporting greater operational efficiency and product quality for the North American market.
The expansion also emphasizes environmentally responsible manufacturing through recycled material utilization and energy-efficient production systems.
China Production Network
Yongfeng Group’s manufacturing network in China includes production bases and subsidiaries across Hefei, Sichuan, and Chongqing, supporting large-scale manufacturing, engineering, and integrated packaging solutions.
The China operations serve as the group’s core foundation for research, development, intelligent manufacturing, and production efficiency across multiple industries, including automotive, electronics, home appliances, and consumer goods.
U.S. Operations
Located in Texas, YourFriend Technology (USA) Co., Ltd. supports the company’s growing manufacturing and operational presence in the North American market.
The U.S. operations strengthen international business development, customer support capabilities, and regional expansion as part of the group’s global growth strategy.
Green Solutions & Sustainable Manufacturing
At YourFriend Technology Mexico, sustainability is integrated into our long-term growth strategy. As part of our Phase II expansion project, we are developing advanced manufacturing capabilities focused on environmentally responsible packaging solutions and circular material recovery.
The new facility is designed around intelligent automation and advanced manufacturing technologies to:

Circular Economy Initiative
A key component of this project is the development of REPS (Recycled Expandable Polystyrene), an environmentally friendly material produced from recovered EPS through advanced modification, extrusion, and foaming processes.
By utilizing post-industrial and post-consumer EPS materials sourced locally, the facility will help divert significant amounts of waste from landfills while creating high-performance raw materials for new packaging applications.
